About the Opportunity This is a newly created role, which means you get to help build and shape the position. As Beneco's Talent Partner, you'll work closely with the Leader of People, Culture & Strategy to make Beneco the best place to work in the healthcare industry. You'll be at the heart of everything talent-related: owning end-to-end recruitment, delivering standout candidate experiences, supporting onboarding, and contributing to broader P&C initiatives that make a real difference to our people and clients alike.
