Position summary: You ensure a reliable, safe, and efficient operation of all plant equipment and facilities while leading maintenance, repair, and improvement initiatives. This role focuses on maximizing equipment uptime, optimizing production processes, controlling maintenance and repair (M&R) costs, managing spare parts and inventory, and delivering capital and improvement projects on time and within budget. By coordinating engineering, maintenance, and project teams, the manager drives operational excellence, continuous improvement, and value creation while fostering a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with environmental, quality, and regulatory standards.
