Job Description Timmons Group is currently seeking a GIS Technical Analyst I/II to join our team working remote. The GIS Technical Analyst is responsible for performing a wide variety of production tasks for the GIS Staff Augmentation Group supporting projects for our client. They assist and support meeting project deliverable requirements and deadlines. The ideal candidate will be based in the Raleigh, NC area but we are open to remote candidates outside of Raleigh, NC. ​ Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a successful candidate include but are not limited to: Skills/Requirements of a successful candidate should have the following but not limited to: - Use various GIS software (ESRI ArcGIS), as well as various geographic data formats and standard data conversion and transformation methods, for geographic analysis. - Update Geospatial data on an as-needed basis. - Creating maps, reports, and presentations in support of various GIS and technology projects - Working cooperatively with Project Managers and peers to complete assigned work. - Proactively seeks input and clarification from other employees assigned to given projects to minimize time spent in performing the essential...
