We are looking for a Care & Wellbeing Manager to help lead the next chapter of care at Wyanga. This is a meaningful leadership role for someone who understands that aged care is about more than services and compliance - it’s about people, relationships, trust and ensuring every Elder feels seen, supported and respected. You’ll lead and strengthen the way care and wellbeing services are delivered across the organisation, supporting staff, guiding quality practice, overseeing service delivery, managing risk and helping ensure Elders receive safe, culturally responsive and person-centred support.
