The Opportunity: The AI Governance and Value Manager plays a pivotal role in enabling responsible, scalable, and value-driven AI adoption across the enterprise. This role combines strategic governance with hands-on engagement to ensure AI initiatives are aligned with business priorities, deliver measurable benefits, and adhere to ethical and regulatory standards. Job Responsibilities: Use Case Management & Value Realisation: - Manage the AI use-case intake funnel, ensuring ideas are captured, evaluated, and progressed through the pipeline. - Track and report on benefits realisation, highlighting business impact and communicating success stories across the organisation. - Maintain visibility across Data Squads to ensure alignment and progress. - Jointly oversee the AI engineering team responsible for delivering selected AI solutions, ensuring alignment with governance standards and value-driven outcomes.
