The People Operations Specialist supports employee lifecycle processes by managing Workday transactions, maintaining accurate employee data, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. This role partners with Compliance, Legal, and cross-functional teams to support People Operations processes globally while serving as a subject matter expert for North America.
