What this job involves: This position supervises contractors and maintenance operations while providing hands-on technical expertise in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and life safety systems. The role combines leadership responsibilities with direct maintenance execution to ensure safe, efficient building operations and tenant satisfaction. You will mentor junior staff, support the Chief Engineer in preventive maintenance programs, and respond to emergency situations while maintaining compliance with safety procedures and building standards.
