Operations Manager (80% Travel Required)

Position Overview: The Operations Manager role will serve as a critical operations leader within the Reconditioning Special Operations team and be a main resource when on-the-ground at Inspection Centers, supporting ADESA Megasite Integrations. What you’ll be doing: - Ensure successful execution of site integration strategy by effectively managing RSO Teams and Carvana and Adesa associates through the setup and training of each department (operating system, proper tools, training resources, equipment, etc). - Ensure local site teams have all of the necessary tools and training to successfully launch production and implement new processes/procedures in new and existing IC facilities. - Project manage all key aspects of RSO Team initiatives while on site. - Act as a main point-of-contact and resource for all RSO Team members on assignment. - Lead or support continuous improvement projects as needed. - When not traveling, able to support a site’s operations by overseeing multiple reconditioning lines; identifying bottlenecks that affect site throughput and efficiency; conducting root cause analysis, action plans and site execution; and conducting site performance reviews with Senior R...
