Description Summary: Personally generate meetings with stakeholders to share benefits of HNB relationship and open new relationships, by Leveraging existing personal network, Working with Regional Bank customers and referrals, Prospecting existing branch book, and Building network in local communities, Lead enablement with BMs and FRBs to multiply efforts across entire Region, Lead highly local cohort pods (3-5 branches) to capitalize on unique conditions in local area Duties and Responsibilities: - Personally generate meetings with stakeholders to share benefits of HNB relationship and open new relationships - Lead enablement with BMs and FRBs to multiply efforts across entire Region - Generate local Bank At Work events individually - Open new Primary Bank Relationships - Perform other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent - 4 or more years of sales experience in retail banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales.
