The Cantillon Group is now hiring a full-time Catering Supervisor to join our team. Please note that this is a full-time position with an early start and early finish (5am–2pm or 6am–3pm), which may suit someone looking for free afternoons. The role is primarily Monday to Friday, offering a good work-life balance. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the fast-food department, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction, product quality, and presentation. Responsibilities: Ensuring food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard. Ordering and stock management. Supervise the activities of the catering operations on an on-going basis to ensure necessary tasks are completed on time and to the required standard. Communicating with the clients regarding catering orders, by phone and email. Ensure high quality and consistent customer service is provided at all times.
