This position supervises and supports nursing staff, providing guidance, feedback, and performance management to promote professional growth and accountability. The Shift Supervisor manages staffing adjustments, oversees patient admissions after hours, investigates incidents, and ensures documentation and communication are completed in accordance with hospital policies.
