About the role: The Demi Chef de Partie plays an important role in supporting the Chef de Partie by managing a defined kitchen station with accountability for quality, consistency, and compliance. This position requires skilled food preparation and cooking in accordance with flight catering protocols, combined with leadership in supervising junior staff and ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.
