*$2,500 Sign-on Bonus* Woodfords is growing an seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Early Childhood Services (ECS) and Special Purpose Private School (SPPS) programs. Services will be provided onsite at our SPPS Program in New Gloucester, ME! We are located on the beautiful Pineland Farms campus with access to scenic walking trails, organic market, seasonal events, & more! Additionally, this role includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible candidates. Position Summary: Woodfords' ECS and SPPS programs serve learners PreK–5th grade diagnosed with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Services are delivered in a therapeutic, treatment-based educational environment , where interdisciplinary collaboration is central to student success. As the SLP, you’ll play a vital role in helping students build communication skills, confidence, and meaningful connections—while working alongside a highly supportive clinical and educational team.
