Department Overview: The core mission of the security team is to establish and maintain a strong operational cybersecurity preparedness capability for Nødnett. The security team’s main task is to protect Nødnett by uncovering and handling threats and vulnerabilities as early as possible. We do this through specialized expertise, clear procedures, disciplined documentation, and repeatable working methods in a tailored environment, as well as through regular training and exercises and close collaboration with selected operational environments both within and outside Nødnett, including our external SOC provider.
