We are currently looking for a motivated, dynamic, and results-driven Associate Account Manager to join our Sales Team in London to deliver a “best in class” service to Notified Clients. The role is focused on ensuring exceptional service delivery - as the Associate Account Manager you will need to work in partnership with key stakeholders across the global business to build collaborative relationships, drive service improvement and deliver a return to the business. You will focus on developing and managing the portfolio of accounts, leading the sales process in renewals and upsell opportunities. Your task will include (but not limited to): - Develop, manage, and nurture relationships with accounts - Lead the sales process in renewals and upsell opportunities - Ensuring that new or renewal of contracts and service deliverables are achievable and provide feedback and sign off - Overall responsibility of the customer experience by taking ownership of the customer lifecycle from start to finish - Build and sustain value driven relationships with key stakeholders and influencers across all touch points of the customer’s journey within Notified including Client’s o...
