Description Main Purpose: The Electrical Supervisor upholds the safety regulations of our company and supervises production processes to guarantee that all our products meet quality expectations, budget and delivery requirements. This position is responsible for supervising a large, diverse and talented electrical team. The primary goal of this position is to properly organize team members and achieve an efficient and productive workflow throughout the day. This position will also include directing, disciplining, training and assisting lower-level manufacturing employees in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This role is also responsible for supervising the electrical integration of high-voltage commercial-grade systems in custom enclosures while ensuring compliance with the National Electric Code (NEC) and local electrical requirements.
