Your Impact Procurement is the single biggest cost position for industrial companies - often 60-70% of revenue. Tacto brings AI to strategic procurement so teams can move faster and unlock savings at scale. But in a world that's going increasingly digital, the companies that win are the ones that build real, physical relationships. Within Field Marketing & Community Growth at Tacto, you'll build the physical layer of our go-to-market - hands-on, from day one. You plan and run customer events, executive dinners, and co-hosted formats with big industry players. You coordinate speakers, manage logistics, chase down every detail, and make sure the experience delivers. At the same time, you help grow our community platform and develop new formats nobody in B2B has tried before. The goal: turn physical presence into one of our most powerful growth levers. Your Tasks: Run the Show: Executive dinners, roundtables, conferences, partner summits - you run events end-to-end. From first idea to last follow-up.
