Job Description: Male Team Leader Support Worker Pay: £16.00 Standard Rate: Refer a Friend Scheme - £250 awarded (T&C's apply) We are currently recruiting a Team Leader Support Worker join our team supporting a young adult with complex Mental Health needs in the LEEDS area. Please note we are not a recruitment agency. The Role: The ideal candidate will be confident working from their own initiative and able to adapt to changing needs. You will play a vital role in supporting a client with complex mental health needs, promoting independence, and facilitating meaningful community engagement. Consistency and reliability are essential. Role Description - Duties: Hands-on care, supporting the client with their daily routines, encouraging independence in all areas this will be achieved via the management of the rota. You would be expected to cover shifts as a contingency. Working every other weekend.
