Salary Range: $20.75-$26.42 Essential Functions: - Responsible for securing the facilities by providing opening/closing duties, responds to security issues, and ensures a safe environment for staff and clients. - Monitors all patient facing areas and looks for any diversion or loitering activities. - Acts as a positive role-model to individuals being served. - Keeps client traffic moving effectively and safely through the main clinic area. - Provides a welcoming, clean, and safe environment for clients to conduct their daily business. - Identifies any potential crisis situations and informs the appropriate staff. - Develops rapport with clients and answer questions regarding clinic functions. - Informs and reminds clients of site rules. - Supports Trauma Informed Care perspective. Understands the effects of trauma, coping, and other aspects of the lives of those served in the OTP. - Escorts visitors to the facility and provides tours as needed. - Provides cleaning duties during clinic down times to ensure testing bathrooms are kept tidy and front lobby is free of debris.
