Role Overview: We are looking for a talented individual to lead recruiting processes in Portugal and Spain, to build what’s next for Otis. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition Iberia, Africa & Middle East. This is a fantastic opportunity to perform in a key, visible role that is critical to the success of the organization. On a typical day you will: Recruit new and diverse colleagues for Otis Portugal & Spain. Develop and update compelling job descriptions. Prepare recruitment material and advertise open positions on relevant job boards. Search and recruit candidates using appropriate databases, social networks, etc. Screen candidate CV’s and job applications Conduct interviews using various methods of reliable recruitment and selection tools to filter candidates within the timeframe provided.
