Join our Reservations team and make every interaction count! The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reservations Agent to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is located at our cluster office on the Gold Coast. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reservations and bookings for both Australian properties, Dorsett Melbourne & Dorsett Gold Coast. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
