Description Job Title: Audiology Technician: Report to: Operations Manager: Location: Minneapolis, MN: Work schedule: Full-Time, Wednesday – Saturday 7:30am to 6:00pm FLSA Status: Non-Exempt: POSITION SUMMARY: Aldevra is currently seeking an Audiology Technician to assist Audiologist in the performance of audiologic evaluations and the fitting of hearing aids. Provide direct patient support for walk-in and telephone hearing aid problems. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: - Assist Audiologist in Audiological Evaluations - Taking accurate ear mold impressions - Preparing the mold for shipping - Tracking hearing aid orders and communicating with vendors - Monitoring supplies - Routine repairs of hearing aids - Clean and maintain audiologic equipment in accordance with OSHA standards - Provide chart review as needed - Instruct clients in the proper maintenance, cleaning and use of hearing aids and/or assisted listening devices (ALD) - Communicati...
