In this role, you will support senior leaders by translating business priorities into clear people strategies and actions that improve team effectiveness, performance, and organizational health. You will operate as a trusted advisor, coach, and problem solver—working across teams to diagnose challenges, recommend solutions, and drive outcomes. Your ability to bring structure to ambiguity and influence decisions will directly impact organizational effectiveness and scalability.
