A Research Fellow position is available in the Department of Dermatology in Jacksonville, Florida. Previous Research Experience: Strongly preferred, particularly in manuscript writing. Successful completion of USMLE Steps 1 and 2 is required. Publications : Previous publications in PubMed-indexed medical journals are highly desirable, ideally as first or second author. Research Skills : Demonstrates proficiency in research methodologies and data analysis relevant to the field. Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present research findings clearly and effectively. Team Collaboration : Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary research team, contributing to a productive and innovative research environment. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and test hypotheses and troubleshoot experimental issues.
