Purpose: The position is responsible for managing U.S. Commercial Real Estate Finance (CREF) credit risk across non‑recourse mortgage lending, warehouse finance, and related distribution‑eligible CRE exposures. The role oversees credit risk across the CREF platform, covering non‑recourse commercial real estate mortgage lending, warehouse finance, and related loan distribution activity, including CMBS. The successful candidate will ensure that transactions and portfolios within the newly established CREF platform operate within approved credit policy, underwriting standards, risk appetite, and regulatory expectations, while supporting disciplined growth.
