Job DetailsJob Location: Adelante Healthcare Roosevelt - Phoenix, AZ 85008Position Type: Full TimePOSITION SUMMARY The Health Center Clinical Manager oversees the daily operations of a Community Health Center providing Family Practice services within a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model (with additional services depending on site). This role ensures efficient, patient-focused, and financially sound operations while fostering community relationships and supporting the center’s growth. Will oversee clinical responsibilities, coordinating patient care to achieve optimal clinical outcomes while providing evidence-based care in accordance with established policies and protocols. This leadership role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to support quality improvement initiatives and departmental safety standards, while ensuring cost-effective resource utilization.
