Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the marketing strategies, marketing communications, and resident relations for the project. Responsibilities: 1. Create and implement marketing programs, initiatives, and strategies that support the ongoing occupancy and resident retention goals of the project. 2. Will be responsible for managing the marketing budget and assisting in the development of the annual budget. 3. Reputation management for the local project.
