Position: Clinical Director - Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Pay Rate: $72.00 - $85.00 an hour Job Type: Part Time 20 hours/week - 5 Hours per day Location: Chino Hills, CA JOB SUMMARY: The Clinical Director – Psychiatric Services serves as the clinical authority for psychiatric and psychotropic medication oversight across Redwood Family Care Network (RFCN). This role does not provide direct evaluation, diagnosis, or prescribing services. Instead, it is responsible for establishing, standardizing, and overseeing psychiatric-related practices across all programs. This role is grounded in RFCN’s core values—People, Continuous Improvement, Innovation, Integrity, and Empowerment—and ensures that psychiatric and medication practices are person-centered, clinically sound, compliant, and scalable across a multi-state organization.
