Job DetailsJob Location: The Standard Spa, Miami Beach - MIAMI BEACH, FL 33139Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: FlexiblePosition Summary The Barback plays a critical support role in delivering an efficient, well-stocked, and visually polished bar experience at Lido Restaurant & Bar. This position is responsible for the complete setup, restocking, and breakdown of the bar while actively supporting bartenders throughout service. A successful Barback is proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy hospitality environment. What You’ll Be Doing: Prepare the bar for service by completing opening setup according to established checklists Maintain par levels and ensure continuous stocking of all bar essentials throughout the shift Stock and polish all glassware: Fill and maintain ice wells: Maintain inventory of fruits, juices, water, beer, liquor, garnishes, silverware, napkins, salt & pepper, and all other bar-related items Stock all paper and plastic goods including napkins, straws, stirrers, and micros paper Keep the bar area clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times Assist bartenders during peak service periods to ensure smooth operations Break down and...
