Job description
Work as a senior member of the ETF Platform team to exercise, automate and validate the ETF environment during a rapid period of growth and change. Evaluate dynamic business cases and implement automation tools to maximize platform availability. The role combines deep hands-on automation expertise with the ability to influence teams, guide technical direction and partner with Engineering and Product stakeholders Responsibilities: o Work closely with the Product Owners, Agile Teams, Delivery Managers or Professional Services to understand the Non-Functional Requirements of product/ projects o Create and maintain functionality within Performance Test Frameworks o Create comprehensive test plans from non-functional Requirements o Create and execute automated performance tests o Create, organize and maintain test artifacts o Analyze test results to identify testing trends / themes o Spin up and tear down Test Environments as and when required o Document software defects; proactively communicate issues with developers and other project team members o Adhere to a testing schedule to ensure efficient and effective product delivery o Actively participate in the agile software development p...
