Become a part of our caring community Humana's Strategy Planning team is a small, high-performing group that works closely with senior leadership to establish the future course for the company. In Strategy Planning, you will identify and analyze growth opportunities and work with business leaders to prioritize options and set the long-term strategy agenda. The team has frequent interactions with Humana’s CEO and regularly manages deliverables for Humana’s broader Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors. Our team also undertakes internal consulting engagements across a wide range of topics. Strategy Planning reports to Humana’s Chief Strategy Officer, who also oversees the Corporate Development team. The Corporate Strategy Consultant - Strategy Planning is modeled after those of top-tier management consultancies. Daily activities will include developing industry analyses, building high-level financial or other business models, conducting qualitative analyses and synthesizing findings to create executive-level deliverables and recommendations for Humana’s senior leaders.
