1 year fixed-term full-time contract (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm) Salary dependent upon skills, experience and qualifications Summary: We are seeking a strong, culturally grounded leader to manage our Drug and Alcohol Residential Rehabilitation Service in Watson, ACT. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a residential rehabilitation program focused on culturally safe, trauma-informed and recovery-focused care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. The successful applicant will oversee the day-to-day operations of a 24/7 residential service, lead a multidisciplinary workforce and drive high-quality service delivery and positive resident outcomes.
