In this role, you'll: Work as part of a team delivering road maintenance programs and infrastructure outcomes that ensure safe, efficient and reliable transport networks across regional NSW. This role will see you lead the planning, development and delivery of maintenance projects and programs, manage workforce capability and resources, and drive continuous improvement, innovation and commercial performance across a geographically diverse portfolio. You will lead and optimise service delivery by implementing efficient maintenance programs and fostering innovation in a complex, safety-critical and customer-focused regional environment.
