Full‑Time • Hourly • On‑Site • Day Shift (5:00am–3:30pm Monday to Thursday, Overtime on Friday as needed) Join our team and help shape high‑quality structural metal products used in machinery, concrete construction equipment, and precision‑made metal components. We’re looking for a motivated Fabrication Machine Operator who is passionate about hands‑on work, safety, and craftsmanship. What You’ll Do: Core Responsibilities: - Operate a variety of metal fabrication equipment, such as brakes, rollers, shears, lasers, and saws - Grind, sand, hammer, and chip metal parts to achieve required finishes - Tag, identify, and correctly stage work-pieces - Use precision tools to verify parts meet specifications - Collaborate with leads/supervisors to resolve fabrication or part issues - Safely operate hoists, lift tables, and (with certification) forklifts - Handle machinery and materials with a strong focus on safety and quality - Locate and mark cutting or bending lines on materials - Set up and operate fabrication machines - Select and secure fixtures, cutting tools, and proper materials - Calculate and set machine controls (speed, feed, angles, depth, and other parameters) - Start, monitor...
