Job DetailsJob Location: COMANCHE SPUR CASINO - ELGIN, OK 73538SCOPE OF POSITION: The Players Club/Cage Lead is responsible for providing support and exemplary guest service to the casino visitors through the Cage and Players Club. The Players Club/ Cage Lead will be responsible for cashing machine tickets and checks, processing debit/credit card transactions, and running promotions and paperwork that corresponds with the promotions. The Players Club/Cage Lead’s performance is necessary for the Casino to reach its fullest potential in providing a superior entertainment experience for casino guests. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following are major duties and are not intended to be all inclusive or restrictive. Assists in monitoring the performance of Marketing employees ensuring adherence to the Policies and Procedures. Responsible for Players Club/Cage inventory and upkeep of the database and enrollment process for new customers.
