We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join our finance team and help maintain our outstanding customer relationships while improving our accounts receivable processes. As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the collection of outstanding debts and ensuring timely payment from customers. You will work closely with the accounts receivable team to enhance collection efforts, resolve billing discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
