Nature de l’emploi CDI –Temps plein - 35000€- 45000€ brut annuel – en fonction de la formation et de l’expérience Statut cadre - Convention collective nationale de la Métallurgie Poste en présentiel - Couverture sociale complète The position: Directly linked to the site’s management, you play a key role in the deployment and management of the Quality, Safety, Environment and Energy system. You work transversally with production teams, support services and management, in a logic of compliance, efficiency and prevention. Main missions: 1. Customer and product quality You are responsible for customer satisfaction in terms of quality aspects. For this, you supervise the processing and monitoring of customer complaints and ensure the implementation of effective corrective actions. You analyze the causes of non-conformities, manage action plans with the concerned teams and lead the quality relationship with strategic clients. 2. Quality and compliance system You manage the quality system as a whole, ensuring compliance with certifications and regulations.
