Job description

Summary The VP of Construction is a senior leader within the subsidiary companies under the management of Ahtna Diversified Holdings, LLC (ADH), reporting to the ADH President and serving as a key member of the senior management team. This role directs and oversees all construction operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality and contractual requirements. This role provides strategic leadership across the construction portfolio, manages multidisciplinary teams, and is accountable for contract compliance, financial performance, margin expectations, customer satisfaction, and superior safety outcomes. The role oversees project execution, deliverables, and staff performance, while fostering strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and employees. In this role, the VP of Construction also leads business development and proposal efforts, identifies and secures new project opportunities, and supports federal contracting requirements.
