Our Materials Science & Metrology team plays a crucial role in ensuring quality, precision, and consistency of our single crystal diamond technology. We are seeking a Senior Metrology Engineer to lead metrology initiatives, develop advanced characterization techniques, and drive improvement in quality and process control. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, process engineering, and manufacturing, to establish robust measurement methodologies, improve metrology capabilities, and ensure compliance with stringent quality standards. This role requires expertise in advanced thermal characterization techniques, specifically Frequency-Domain Thermoreflectance (FDTR), and a deep understanding of thermal transport in semiconductors and wide-bandgap materials like single-crystal diamond. Responsibilities: Take full technical ownership of advanced thermal characterization systems; lead installation, calibration, and long-term maintenance of the metrology fleet.
