Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience leading or managing a team. - 8 years of experience in data center testing, planning, execution, or reporting. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. - Experience in working cross-functionally across multiple domains and products. - Experience delivering product verification and validation testing across multiple product lines. - Experience with leadership. - Experience scripting and automating various test plans. - Experience discovering systemic issues and debugging.
