Job Description: Position Summary: The Supervisor, Indirect Funding, oversees the daily operations of the indirect funding team, ensuring accurate, efficient and compliant processing of indirect loans. The incumbent will serve as a liaison that collaborates with external dealership partners, underwriters, and internal departments to resolve concerns and issues while also assisting the funding team, providing guidance and direction to meet departmental and organizational objectives. Primary Responsibilities & Duties: Manage the daily workflow of business through the funding department. Assist the Funding Manager with leading, managing, training, and developing the Indirect Funding team to meet departmental and organizational objectives. Act as a liaison with dealerships, building and maintaining relationships to facilitate loan origination and resolve issues. Ensure accurate and efficient onboarding, funding, file maintenance and documentation on all Indirect loans. Monitor and audit funding activities to ensure established credit union policies and procedures are met.
