Description Provide supervision, support and training to people with differing abilities served by Lumibility through group instruction. Implement activities that are person-centered and promote positive outcomes based on individual and group focused goals. Provide the environment and supports necessary to promote appropriate social skills and positive behaviors that will enhance skills, enrich lives, and foster community presence & participation. Pay Rate: $19.50/hour: Hours: 40 Hours/week: Location: Milford/New Haven: - Ensure the health, safety and well-being of people served by Lumibility in accordance with the individual service plan and in compliance with agency policies and procedures. - Provide supervision, guidance and instruction to individuals served by Lumibility at community-based assessment sites and during structured curriculum based instructional opportunities who are served under the Transitional Services program. - Support services can include, but are not necessarily limited to: direct supervision, behavioral interventions, attending team meetings, skill development and providing effective communication with supported individuals at community assessment sites and...
