Job Title: Route Driver Immediate Supervisor: Director of Transportation: Summary: The Delivery Driver is responsible for transporting products to customers while strictly adhering to all quality and food safety standards. This role is a key part of the shipping and receiving operations at Prairie Farms Inc. – Shullsburg Creamery. The position involves collaboration with the warehouse team for efficient load management, as well as coordination with dispatchers regarding delivery assignments. The Delivery Driver must be able to work independently and as part of a team to proactively support shared business objectives. This over-the-road truck driving position encompasses designated and predetermined routes and stops in between delivering product to additional warehouse and distribution points throughout the area. Qualifications/Requirements: - Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s). - Follow all company safety rules and policies. - Operate company-owned or leased trucks over 4 tons to support shipping and receiving operations. - Transport, pick up, and relocate creamery products and materials as assigned. - Conduct pre-, during-, and post-operation vehicle inspections an...
