Job Title Brokerage Coordinator Job Description Summary: We are seeking a Brokerage Coordinator to support a high-performing team of brokers at a leading global real estate services firm. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role manages tasks related to commercial real estate transactions, client deliverables, and administrative support, including proposals, pitches, transaction assistance, and coordination with internal departments. The ideal candidate is organized, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and works well across teams. Training will be provided on internal systems and technologies, including Workday, Salesforce, Microsoft, and Adobe applications.
