Min USD $40.05/Hr. Max: USD $64.08/Hr. Overview: Under the direction of the JMH President and CEO, the Director of Hospitality provides leadership and oversight of the many aspects that contribute to a favorable patient experience. The Director coordinates and provides administrative oversight to environmental services, food services, and patient experience. The Director oversees and is responsible for leading and ensuring that patient experience activities yield strong outcomes. As a member of the operation’s management team and guided by the values of Memorial Health System, the Director assists in deploying, evaluating and responding to the clinical, financial, human and business tactics required to achieve Jacksonville Memorial Hospital’s strategic goals. Education: Experience: - Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. - 5+ years experience in hospital management. - Experience and understanding of business operations.
