Commercial Contracts Attorney

Job description

The Commercial Contracts Attorney will work closely with the Assistant General Counsel. The ideal candidate will have experience reviewing, negotiating and drafting a variety of commercial contracts and vendor agreements in a law firm setting. In addition, the candidate should have the ability to work under tight deadlines, handle multiple competing priorities and provide practical legal advice. Knowledge of the systems and technology that support the Firm’s practice is preferable. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities: Assist with reviewing, negotiating and drafting a wide variety of commercial contracts and vendor agreements (including software licenses, hardware, hosted services, consulting and recruiting) Conduct due diligence reviews of vendors.
