Overview Copley Hospital, located in Morrisville/Stowe VT is in search of a RN Patient Navigation Coordinator to join our team at Mansfield Orthopaedics! Mansfield Orthopaedics offers a comprehensive range of evidence-based medicine and proven treatments and techniques that consider the patients’ wishes and preferences. Many of our Orthopaedic Staff and Providers are active athletes and outdoor enthusiasts, making us particularly well-suited to serve the active, 4-season lifestyle of our patients. We are sensitive to patients’ desire to regain their mobility and get back to doing the things they love as soon as possible. We currently seeking a RN to join our team. As a licensed member of the care team, at Mansfield Orthopaedics, the RN will work in an Orthopaedic specialty clinic to support the patients' plan of care. The RN will assists with diagnostic and treatment services for ambulatory patients suffering from a broad range of Orthopaedic dysfunction and is familiar with standard Orthopaedic concepts, practices and procedures.
