Maintenance Manager, HOA

The Dartmouth Group is hiring a Maintenance Manager for its HOA community in Westborough, MA. Daily responsibilities: Annual salary: $65K-$75K. - Walk and inspect community for maintenance concerns and repairs. - Perform basic plumbing, painting, electrical, and carpentry work. - Inspect the working function of the mechanical equipment and contact contractors for repair. - Oversee HVAC, elevators with a split HVAC system, rooftop HVAC, and heat pumps. - Assist with monitoring progress of capital projects,. - Maintain on-call and respond to emergencies during nights, weekends, and holidays. - Department of One; no direct reports. - Other duties as requested.
