Overview BerryDunn is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Management Team. This role is expected to last approximately three months, with the potential to convert to a full-time employee based on mutual fit and evolving team needs. In this position, you will provide critical administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and candidates. Responsibilities include candidate communications, interview scheduling, and coordination of pre-employment assessments and background checks. This role requires strong multitasking and organizational skills, along with a high level of attention to detail and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment. You will work in a flexible hybrid schedule based out of our Portland, ME office and support a collaborative, high-performing team. There may be limited event-based travel to career fairs throughout the year (less than 10%).
