As a Packing Lead, you will provide leadership to the Warehouse Associates as they perform distribution-related processes. This is an opening shift position with a start time of 7:00 AM. Job Summary: The Merchandise Processor - Packing Lead is responsible for coordinating and supervising the packing and shipping operations within a facility, ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of merchandise. They oversee a team of packing associates and work closely with various departments to meet daily production goals and maintain high-quality standards. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that customer orders are accurately fulfilled and delivered on time.
